Payment Options

We accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company with the following provisions. When you come in for your treatment we will send the claim off to your insurance company (s) first before we collect anything from you. In the meantime, we require a valid credit card on file for security purposes while we wait for their payment. Once payment is obtained from the insurance, any remaining balance will be processed on the credit card you've left on file. If you wish to know the coverage details, please check with your insurance provider directly.

In the event that your insurance company gives us an immediate response at the time of your appointment, we will then collect your difference at that point and delete the credit card information you provided.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Debit.
